I am Laura, welcome to Yoga Circulate. My journey into Hatha Yoga began many years ago. after being diagnosed with MS when I was 26. I set about trying to keep myself as healthy and fit as possible. I took up yoga and soon could see the benefits, both mentally and physically. Together, with a love for long-distance running and a desire for being the best form of myself my journey continues. Now, over 20 years later, and with four Marathons and countless Half Marathons under my belt, I continue on this road of wellness and I hope to share my passion for yoga with you. I am a mother of 3 and I am a recently qualified yoga instructor, a 60hr Teen Yoga instructor and a run leader. I look forward to welcoming you on the mat.
